Horizontal directional drilling
Importance of sewar, water, electircal, and gas lines with horizontal directional drilling. With no need to excavate large trenches, HDD allows us to install new lines with minimal impacts on traffic or business activities. We also use HDD to upgrade smaller pipes to pipelines with a bigger capacity. This facilitates growth and maintains water service access to existing neighborhoods and establishments. During the HDD installation process, we bring in specialized equipment and create a small pilot hole for the pipe. We enlarge this hole, feed the pipeline into it and perform an inspection with a video camera. We test the pipeline and restore the worksite upon pipeline completion.
