The Work
Ingersoll Rand Inc. is an American multinational company that provides flow creation and industrial products.
Under one contract, the Cole Underground team completed initial execvating, HDD, and fiber optic conduit installation. Cole Underground brought all of the necessary equipment to complete the contract.
The Challenge
As the site was completely developed, the project had to be done without disrupting workflow. Cole Underground reviewed the design and used value engineering to assess planned detail execvating, and HDD for the drill shot. During initial planning, we staged our equipment for the best place to strategically complete the .
We worked closely with the client to understand the milestones, sequencing the job accordingly. This communication helped us to understand and deliver critical points while keeping the rest of the project within the established pricing structure and timeline.
The Result
With one contract, Cole Underground Constrcution was able to install the fiber conduit, and provide connectivity to the Ingersoll Rand headquarters. All improvements for phase one were completed on time and within the obligations for the client.
In addition, the Cole Underground Constrcution team was able to foster an excellent partnership as we worked alongside them to economically meet their objectives.
